We Restore More Than Homes
Thirty-one years of experience, more than 10,000 families helped nationwide, and over 500 Ohio homes brought back. The work is hard. The way we do it is what families remember.
Started in 1995, Still Doing the Same Work
The corporate brand began in 1995 with a simple observation: nobody in the cleaning industry was treating hoarding as what it actually is, a mental health condition. Crews would show up, fill a dumpster, and leave a person more traumatized than when they arrived. Within a year the house would look the same.
So the approach was rebuilt around the person rather than the pile. Technicians were trained in the psychology of hoarding. Clients were given control over sorting decisions. Nothing left the property until it had been checked for value or meaning. That method spread, and today the brand operates more than 40 franchises nationwide and has assisted over 10,000 people.
The Ohio branch has been running for more than 24 years under Heidi and Bob, who live and work here. Our crews have restored over 500 Ohio hoards, handled unattended death and trauma scenes across Greater Cincinnati, and answered the phone at every hour you can imagine.
We are also biohazard response trained, certified in hazardous materials handling and emergency management, and OSHA compliant across every remediation protocol we use. That combination, psychological training plus hazmat capability, is genuinely unusual, and it is why families call us for situations other companies turn down.

Four Things We Will Not Compromise On
No judgment, ever
Nobody chooses to end up here. We have seen every situation you can imagine and none of them changed how we spoke to the person in front of us.
You stay in control
We do not decide what matters to you. Sorting choices belong to the homeowner, and we move at whatever pace keeps that manageable.
Discretion by default
Unmarked vehicles, quiet arrivals, no conversation on the sidewalk. Your neighbors do not need to know anything.
Honest pricing
Free on-site or photo estimates, a written scope before work starts, and a straight answer about what insurance is likely to cover.

Families Who Found Their Way Back
Every project represents someone’s turning point. These are their words.
My mother had been living in hoarding conditions for over a decade. From the first phone call, the team treated her with genuine kindness. They found her late husband's wedding ring buried under years of belongings. They gave us our mother back, and gave her back her home.
As a property manager, I needed a rental unit restored after a severe hoarding tenant left. Three-bedroom ranch completely cleared, sanitized, and rent-ready in just two and a half days. Incredible turnaround.
I called at 2 AM in a panic after discovering what my late brother had been living in. Someone answered. No judgment, just calm reassurance and a team at the house by morning. They even helped me file an insurance claim I didn't know was possible.
The crew was discreet, respectful, and thorough. Their unmarked vehicles meant none of the neighbors knew our business. They handled a heartbreaking situation with more dignity than I imagined possible.
We had years of animal waste in the attic and crawlspace and were worried about hantavirus. They contained everything, decontaminated the whole house, and removed the smell completely. We can finally breathe again.
